Orders may be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.

  • Personalized or modified goods

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

  • Products that cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons

  • Items that have been permanently mixed with other materials after delivery

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Returns that do not meet the conditions above may not qualify for a refund or replacement.


3. How to Start a Return

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.


4. Refund Process

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

If the refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been processed.

If the returned item does not meet the policy requirements, we will notify you by email with further details.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos along with your order information.

Depending on the situation, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

For valid claims involving damaged or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.


6. Warranty Claims

If a product issue occurs within 90 days of delivery, please contact our support team to begin a warranty claim.

Please note that banks or payment processors may require additional time to finalize the transaction.

8. Gifts and Store Credits

If a product was purchased and marked as a gift, store credit may be issued once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser and payment method.
